This is the training and resources website of the Safe Zone program at Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The purpose of WNCC Safe Zone is to create a safe, inclusive and positive educational environment for the entire WNCC community, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
